I’ve been where you are.
I used to wake up with debilitating anxiety, my mind racing a million miles per hour, where all I wanted to do was lie in bed and hide under the covers because I dreaded the day ahead of me.
I used to dissociate and shut down mid-conversation, especially if there was any form of conflict. The vulnerability was too much.
I used to feel fucking terrified to use my voice, to speak up, to show up as my most authentic self, to put myself out there in new ways.
I used to procrastinate on tasks or try to perfect every last detail, and even when I thought I got it “perfect,” it was never enough.
I used to latch onto my partners, or sometimes push them away for no real reason, and I had no idea was a “healthy” relationship looked or felt like.
I used to push myself to the edge, resulting in complete burnout, but I had no idea how to slow down and rest without overwhelming productivity guilt, and my physical health paid the price for it.
I used not to know how to make decisions. I didn’t trust myself, and I placed way too much of my happiness in the outcomes of my decisions.
I used to be extremely dysregulated.
Until I showed my nervous system that I was safe.
Over and over again.
Now, my life has done a 180.
I’m still human and still experience every emotion, but they no longer define me.
I live in the present moment, making decisions based on truth, not survival.
I trust myself now, even when things feel uncertain.
I feel safe in my body, not trapped by it.

Plan for about 90 minutes for the weekly live call and an additional 30–60 minutes for integration homework (journal prompts, neural exercises, somatic exercises, or meditations). You can go at your own pace, but the more you show up, the deeper the transformation.
